By accessing or using safar.wtf (“SAFAR”, “service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What SAFAR is

SAFAR is a free, atmospheric website that presents regional ride vibes with music playback. It is an entertainment / ambience experience, not a music store, streaming subscription, or download service.

2. Music, copyright, and YouTube

We do not host copyrighted song audio files on our servers. Tracks play through the official YouTube embed / IFrame Player API.

  • All song copyrights, neighboring rights, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (artists, labels, publishers, and platforms).
  • SAFAR does not claim ownership of any third-party music, artwork, or video content shown via YouTube.
  • Thumbnails and titles may be loaded from YouTube for player display.
  • A track may be unavailable, geo-blocked, age-restricted, muted, or removed at any time by YouTube or the rights holder.
  • Ads, content ID claims, and playback rules are controlled by YouTube / Google, not SAFAR.

Your use of embedded YouTube content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

If you are a rights holder and believe content is used improperly via embed, contact us at hello@safar.wtf with details. We will review promptly and remove or replace links where appropriate. You may also use YouTube’s official copyright tools.

3. License to use SAFAR

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, mirror, or commercially exploit SAFAR without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass YouTube player restrictions or extract media
  • Attack, overload, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
  • Abuse Feedback with spam, malware links, or illegal content
  • Misrepresent affiliation with SAFAR, artists, or labels

5. Feedback

If you send suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to operate and improve SAFAR. Do not send confidential information.

6. No warranties

SAFAR is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific songs remaining available, or fitness for any particular purpose. Third-party services (YouTube, hosting, analytics, databases) may fail or change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SAFAR and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or third-party embeds.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of SAFAR or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, change features, or discontinue SAFAR at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for abuse or legal risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
